    Hi and welcome! I'm jenny (obvi) and i'm so happy you're here. i am a portrait and wedding photographer in columbus, ohio. my absolute favorite thing to photograph is love. couples in love, new mommies and daddies in love with their newest bundle of joy, brides and grooms in love about to walk down the aisle. anything involving love. who doesnt love love, right?

    here on the blog you'll find some of my favorite images from recent sessions and weddings of my clients, family and friends. you'll also probably find some personal posts from our large family get togethers or cute pictures of my dogs. because i love my dogs. a lot.

another team that is no stranger to the blog, their family photography has been featured here for the past 5 years! when I think about how many times I’ve been able to photograph this family, my heart seriously explodes. Ever since Will was just a baby, they’ve trusted me over and over again and that means the world to me. These boys make me work for it tho, I had to pull out all of my tricks and more. But I always love the end results. Here are my faves from our time together!

A first time family to the blog! I am so happy I was able to squeeze them in on a beautiful fall day! I had so much fun with these sweet kiddos. So… this team is no stranger to the blog. I’m humbled and honored to be able to capture their family photography year after year. Max still has the same smile that can light up any room that he’s had since he was 6 months old. To be able to watch him grow, and capture him every year, gah that means so much to me. And this year, he made my job soooo easy. A total ham in front of the camera. Smiles on cue! and melts my heart every time. I honestly couldn’t love this family more. I’ve said it before but its worth repeating: being asked to do family photography year after year for my clients/friends is an honor I hold really close to my heart. I love getting to see families and their littles grow. Sweet,  silly Henry and beautiful, serious Margaret are prime examples. I’ve had the pleasure of photographing both of these sweet babies since they were born (here’s Henry & here’s Margaret). And now here they are, Margaret just turned a year old and Henry is almost three already. Why does time pass so quickly? I simply adore this entire family and could easily have taken these little peanuts home with me. And can we talk about how great Lauren is at coordinating their outfits?

these babies really love each other. Henry is so good at making his sissy laugh!oh these sweeties!!

I included a few more than I usually do for a blog post because I just couldn’t narrow down the expressions from these kiddos! this wedding.. you guys, THIS WEDDING! we had the most amazing day in a beautiful location, not to mention, one of the best brides and grooms EVERRRRR! I was swooning over Lindsay’s dress and just how perfect she looked, all day. And Joe, not looking so bad himself, had the best smile on all day, especially after he saw his girl. I cried more than a couple times as yet another one of my cheerleaders, who I’ve known since she was little, grew up and got married. It was just the best day and Scioto Reserve Country Club was such a beautiful backdrop for this gorgeous wedding.

Lindsay and Joe, your day was so absolutely perfect. you are just the best couple and I absolutely adore you. I hope you are enjoying every bit of newlywed life. xxJBZ
